RULES FOR FreedomX

<strong>FreedomX RulesUpdated -Sept 17 2014 *** The following rules have been created to make a safe environment for everyone. Please remember that children play FreedomX and use the GS Servers. The following rules apply both to Ingame & Forums - no excuses or exceptions. *** Golden Rule - Use Common Sense! *** Chat Related Offenses     Excessive Profanity.     Advertising other Servers.     Staff team Impersonation.     Cyber-Bullying, Insults, Flaming, Trolling.     Racism, ****sm, Sexism, or any other prejudice.     No discussion of illegal, or otherwise profane topics.     Gibberish/Spamming, Chat flooding (Less than 5 seconds between messages), or Double posting.     GraveDigging.     Disrespecting Members of Staff and/or Their Decisions Excessive Profanity We like to give our users the freedom of speech here at FreedomX. However, your freedom of speech is a little bit limited. We do not allow excessive swearing, or anything else excessively profane. Why? Well, there are underaged and young children on our servers and they really shouldn't be exposed to such material. Please understand that we are only trying to keep them safe. Advertising Other Servers Advertising other servers is a serious offense at FreedomX. We don't like having our members tricked away to another server, so we take this rule very seriously. This is one of our Zero Tolerance rules. What does Zero Tolerance mean? It basically means we don't take any crap. If you break this rule, you will be permanently banned from our website and our server. No exceptions, and no second chances. Staff Team Impersonation If you impersonate a staff team member, depending on the situation different consequences will be taken.
If your intentions are for good, you'll merely be warned to to impersonate. However, if you have devious intentions (ie, scamming, tricking other users) then you will be permanently banned from both our server and our website. No exceptions. Cyber-Bullying, Insults, Flaming, Trolling. We take Cyber-Bullying, and insulting other members very seriously here at FreedomX.

If you actively troll, harass, or bully other members, you will be muted from either the server and/or our website. Racism, ****sm, Sexism, or any other prejudice. Racism will not be tolerated. At all. If you are racist, or hold any prejudice against a different race/gender/belief you will be silenced ingame and on the forums. We don't take your crap. . Multilogging in wilderness will not be tolerated and will result in a ban. : s. We do not harbor criminals at FreedomX, so we will not tolerate any discussion of illegal activities. We also do not tolerate profane topics. If you are found discussing any illegal activities, you will be silenced or banned, and if serious enough, you will be reported to the authorities. 1 Exception; Torrents Gibberish/Spamming, Chat flooding (Less than 5 seconds between messages), or Double posting.

Spamming ingame is a minor offence, however repeated offences will build up, and your consequence will worsen. Please, if you are going to use an Autotyper, make sure to set it to 5+ second delay. If you choose not to use an autotyper, the rule still applies. Don't sit in one spot and type "Sale" every half second.

People can see that your saying "Sale", there's no need for you to spam it. Spamming on the forums is slightly the same, but then again different. Spamming in the shoutbox is the same as spamming ingame. Don't flood the shoutbox with small or repeated messages, this means don't spam smileys either. When posting make your posts meaningful, else wise they will be treated as spam, and junked. If you spam enough you will be infracted.

Double posting isn't really a serious offense, unless you've been warned about it, and still do it after several warnings. Grave Digging. Posting on threads that are older than at least TWO weeks will result in an infraction worth 2 points. Example: A thread in general discussion was made on March 1st and 14 days later no one has posted and you do post on,  then you will be infracted or warned.

Disrespecting Members of Staff and/or Their Decisions ALL staff decisions are final. Any disrespect, be it public or privately will not be tolerated. If you have a problem with a decision then deal with it in private with the staff member. All staff members watch over each other. If a higher authority believes that an unjust decision was made, then compromise will follow. Action Related Offenses     Duping.     Hacking.     Boosting.     Scamming.     Safe Spotting.     Luring.     Autoclickers.     Staking.    

Selling items/accounts for in real life money.     X-Logging. Duping. If you are caught duping, you are banned. No Exceptions. No Discussion. No Second Chances. Hacking. Since you can't "hack" ingame, this applies to the Arcade section of the forums. Its only a game, you don't need the highest score, so don't cheat or hack. Play fair kiddies.

Boosting Boosting ingame will not be tolerated. Whether it be GSP Boosting, EP Boosing, PVP, doesn't matter. If you are caught boosting anything, you will be banned from the game. End of the story. It is also illegal to repetitively kill scout accounts in the wild, because those accounts are defenseless to attack, and are an unfair source of PKP and KC. On the forums, boosting is commonly referred to as post boosting, which is basically spamming the forums with useless comments. If you are caught doing that, your account may be suspended for a day, and your posts removed.

Scamming. If you are found scamming a member, you decide your own consequence. If you decide to refund the member, you may only spend a day in jail. However, if you choose not to refund the member, you will be account banned. Repeated offenders will be permanently banned. If you use the forums to advertise your scam you will be forum banned as well. Note that buying and selling RSGP is at your own risk. We cannot help you recover any losses as we do not have any authority over Runescape.

Using a trusted middleman will aid against scams. If you are scammed and can provide sufficient proof to a staff member then the corresponding player(s) can be dealt with. Safe Spotting. Safe spotting is allowed on REGULAR MONSTERS. However, if you are caught doing this act against bosses, you will be punished. It is an unfair way of slaying a boss, which produces a heavy reward. Luring This is sort of a chat related offence, however its classified as an action related offence, because you commit the act of killing a clueless person for their loot. If you are caught luring, you will be banned. Autoclickers Autoclickers are against the rules, they are against the rules because you can earn money without even doing something, same with training up your magic.

If we catch you with using a Autoclicker you will get banned! Staking If you stake without using the server's staking system, and instead do a trust based staking match, it is at your own risk. If your partner does not pay out the bet after the match, it is not our responsibility to help you if are betrayed, and nothing will be done. If you do choose to do such a stake, we recommend you use a middleman to carry it out, to decrease the chance of betrayal. Hosting Games of Chance If you are caught hosting any games of chance using anything other than the game's safe dicing system, you will be banned from the game. The duration of the ban will be up to the moderator handling the situation. The dicing system we have in place was designed to be safe and make scamming other players impossible. This is not the case with any other games of chance, and thus make them very attractive for scammers to take advantage of. So to eliminate the possibility of players being scammed through these games, hosting them is not permitted at any time. X-Logging (Log Out during combat) X-Logging is a serious offense and will not be dealt with lightly here at FreedomX. With sufficient evidence, you will be banned upon your first offence. The decision to unban you will be left with the staff member who banned you.

Client files redistribuition You're not allowed to distribute any client file that is not hosted at FreedomX host. That way we prevent persons from distributing viruses. Rashed You will in no way manipulate Rashed or his "e-peen" for personal gain. If you do so and gain something while not deserving it, be it a rank or an item; it will be confiscated or your account will be banned depending on the "reward". We've had just about enough of this. In-Game Names Your in-game name shall not contain any profanity, racism/derogatory terms, sexual nuances, or an excessive amount of spaces between characters. This should be common sense. If you are to break this rule, a moderator will confront you about it, allow the items to be transferred to another account of your choosing, and ban the account. Player Reports Do not post on player reports that do not immediately involve you. If you do you will receive a small infraction the first time, and each subsequent offence will rise in weight. This rule was given some slack, but it has recently become a problem again. Trade Related Offenses     Sharing/Buying/Selling Accounts.     Buying/Selling Runescape Membership Pins.     Trading Third Party Currency.     Selling/Buying Dicer/Super Donator Ranks.    

Selling Items/Accounts for Real Life Wealth/Gain. Sharing, Buying/Selling Accounts You are not allowed to share and sell/buy accounts from now on If you get caught on one of these, mentioned above, the account involved will be permantly banned. Buying/Selling Runescape Membership Pins You are not allowed to sell/buy rs pins from now on If you get caught on one of these, mentioned above, the account involved will be punished. We will not, absolutely not trying to help you out in issues like this Trading Third Party Currency You are not allowed to sell/buy any kind of 3rd party currency with FreedomX items or gold.

It doesn't matter what it is, may it be Microsoft Points or iTunes cards; if it's not RSGP it is illegal. If you get caught on one of these mentioned above, the account involved will be punished. We will not, absolutely not try to help you out in issues like this. We have a limit for both EOC and 07 trades! These limits are not per trade, these are cumulative. This also means that when you buy either of these, that you can not sell it again. Same thing counts for the other way around. Once you hit the limit for buying/selling, you are not allowed to buy/sell anymore. -40M EOC -10M '07 Selling/Buying Dicer/Super Donator Ranks.

You are in no way allowed to sell or buy dicer and super donator ranks in-game or on the forums. Due to it being an easy way for members to scam, if you are caught doing this you will be severely punished for it. Punishments range from jail time to permanent bans. Selling Items/Accounts for Real Life Wealth/Gain If you sell game items for real money, you will be severely punished for it. You are allowed to sell game items for other game currency in small amounts, but if you do it for real money or for making a bank on Runescape, you are crossing a line that is not meant to be crossed. Depending on the situation you will be punished accordingly. Buying/Selling FreedomX currency / items via Third Party websites You are not allowed to buy or sell any FreedomX currency / items via Third Party webites (Sythe for example). Depending on the situation you will be punished accordingly. </strong>
